What IF?

Someone just told me that he didn't believe in God or religion
and that we lived only once...
or in other word he's an atheist and didn't believe in after life...

so than I say...what's the point of living?
I better give it up if there's no after life...
it's not that this life is worth living for
a lot of trouble, pain, hatred, etc.

then it makes me think about it
what's the point of living if there's no God, no heaven, no hell
it would be a total emptiness and nothingness

but then again, why do we know and care about the good and the evil thing?
if there's no God, no heaven and no hell, why do you even bother to do good deeds?
is that the kind of world you want to live on?
where everyone do evil stuff? (Jeremiah 17:9)

for me, there's no meaning on living...
if we life, we die, and that's it
I would give up my life long time ago if I didn't believe in God..

but then, I know HIM, HE makes me realize that my life is HIS
and its not my authority to ended it as I wish..
HE makes me believe in faith, hope and love

some people may say how can you believe in what you cannot touch, feel and hear...
I'll say because it's faith...and not science...
who are we? just a mere human, there's things beyond our knowledge...

2 Cor 4:18
"so we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen...
for what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal..."

and in my opinion, there isn't any human in this world that wouldn't disappointed you
even me, my self, I'm sure I have disappointed someone, whether I realize it or not
because we're not perfect...we're just a mere human..

that is why we need forgiveness
and that is why there's no one to replace HIM..

sure, there's time on our life when we keep asking 'why GOD?'
but we have to remember that the temptation comes from the evil (Proverbs 19:3)
and we should look it another way, that with GOD power
HE will help us overcome our problem
because in our imperfection, HIS power is perfected...Amen
